How do I Become a New York State Notary Public?

We understand how difficult it can be to find the correct information. So with you in mind; we have made the notary application process as easy as possible for New York State notaries.

First Things First

In order to begin your preparation for the Notary Exam, register for either our

  1. Online Notary Public Seminar
  2. Live Notary Public Seminars
  3. Notary CD Seminar and Practice Exams
  4. Online Notary Public Practice Questions and Answers

Both the live and online seminars are written and delivered in an easy to follow format covering all of the topics of the difficult  Notary Public License Law Manual but in simple "non-legal" English.  This proven format has been perfected in live seminars over the past 6 years and results in an amazing 99% first time passing rate for our students!

The Online Practice Questions are written by Gerrie Pierre-Fleurimond, a New York Notary expert and certified instructor.  The questions can be most helpful to students who have used alternate methods of study.  Students can use the online system to instantly test their knowledge of the materials before they sit for the actual exam and get an embarrassing "FAIL" notification.
